Privacy Policy and Data Deletion

Fyah Mawi uses a private content-management integration to connect authorised Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. The integration is used to prepare and publish content that an authorised site administrator has approved.

Information we process

When an administrator connects Meta, the site may process Meta account, Page and Instagram account identifiers, access tokens, approved post content, publishing status and technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. We do not sell personal information.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate authorised accounts, publish approved content, show delivery status and protect the service. Access is restricted to authorised administrators and service providers needed to operate the website.

Data retention and deletion

Connection credentials are retained while the integration remains connected. Publishing records and technical logs are retained only as needed for administration, security and troubleshooting. To request deletion of data associated with the Fyah Mawi Meta integration, email info@menenrecords.com with the subject 'Data deletion request'. Include enough information to identify the connected account. We will verify the request, disconnect the relevant integration where applicable and delete associated data that we are not legally required to retain.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing access prevents future API access; contact us if you also want locally stored integration records deleted.
